A special ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, on behalf of the City of Springfield, Missouri, to enter into an agreement with Ripple Glass, LLC, for the recycling of brown, clear, and green glass collected at the City’s recycling centers at no cost to the City.

Council Bill 2017-086. (Ferguson)

A special ordinance repealing and replacing Special Ordinance Number 26820, passed on November 28, 2016, which approved the sale of real property located at 701 and 703 East Dale Street to Randy Lopez for the amount of $5,500, and issued a deed for same. A scrivener’s error regarding the sale amount was discovered and this Ordinance will correct the sale amount to the correct amount of $8,200; and amend the budget of the Department of Building Development Service for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 to reflect the change.
