A special ordinance authorizing the issuance of Conditional Use Permit No. 414 to reduce the front-yard setback from twenty-five (25) feet to ten (10) feet along on Jefferson Avenue at 405 and 415 East Madison Street within an R-HD, High-Density Multi-family Residential District on certain conditions.  (Planning and Zoning Commission and staff recommend approval.)

A special ordinance amending the General Fund budget of the City of Springfield, Missouri, for Fiscal Year 2014-2015, by appropriating the surplus fund balance and increasing expenses in the amount of $4,100,000.

Council Bill 2015-006. (Seifried & Hosmer)

A general ordinance amending the Springfield City Code, Chapter 42, Courts, Section 42-41, Court costs, Subsection (a), Fee scheduled, by adding a new cost item for costs incurred as a result of supervised probation, and repealing Section 42-42, Civil penalty for persons pleading guilty to driving while intoxicated or driving with unlawful blood alcohol content.

A special ordinance authorizing the addition of one full-time Probation Officer (PAT 7) position to the number of authorized job positions for the Municipal Court and amending the budget of the City of Springfield Municipal Court for Fiscal Year 2014-2015 in the amount of $54,608.

Council Bill 2015-017. (Compton)

A resolution acknowledging that the City of Springfield, Missouri, by and through the Springfield-Greene County Park Board (Park Board) and the  Board of Public Utilities for the City of Springfield, Missouri (City Utilities), will be entering into an agreement whereby City Utilities will lease land from the Park Board at its Chesterfield Park for the construction and operation of an elevated water tank, to allow for City Utilities to serve the future water supply needs of southwest Springfield, and for promised participation in improvements for said Park.

Council Bill 2015-018. (Carroll)

A resolution acknowledging that the City of Springfield, Missouri, by and through the Springfield-Greene County Park Board (Park Board) and the Board of Public Utilities for the City of Springfield, Missouri (City Utilities), will be entering into lease extensions to extend the terms of each of the agreements they have for the properties Park Board has leased from City Utilities at Lake Springfield Park, Dan Kinney Park and Valley Water Mill Park.

A special ordinance to levy and assess a special tax against the lots, blocks, and parcels of ground hereinafter described to pay for the cost of the construction of sanitary sewers in the City in Sanitary Sewer District No. 115 of Section No. 5, in the general vicinity of Turner Street at Nettleton Avenue, providing for inclusion of said district in the City Sewer Financial Assistance Program, and authorizing the City Clerk to issue special tax bills and deliver the same to the Director of Finance to be registered in her office in accordance with the ordinance.
