Black Bean & Salsa Soup or Dip – Download the recipe
This recipe takes about 5 minutes to make and is delicious as a soup or dip.
1 15 oz can Black Beans
3⁄4 cup Vegetable Broth
1⁄2 cup Chunky Salsa
1⁄2 tsp. Ground cumin
Sour Cream and Green Onion as desired
- Using an electric food processor or blender, combine the Beans, Broth, Salsa, and Cumin. Blend until fairly smooth.
- Heat in a saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
- Add some Sour Cream and Green Onion as desired.
