A general ordinance amending the Springfield City Code, Chapter 34, Civil Emergencies; Chapter 78, Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions; and Chapter 106, Traffic and Vehicles, for the purpose of updating and clarifying the powers of the Mayor, the City Manager, and the Director of Emergency Management and the purpose of providing consistency between the National Incident Management System, the emergency operations procedures of the State of Missouri, Springfield-Greene County Emergency Operations Plan, and the City Code.
