    A general ordinance amending the Springfield Land Development Code, Section 36-306, ‘Official zoning map and rules for interpretation,’ by rezoning approximately 10.23 acres of property generally located at 1616 East Bradford Parkway and 3811 and 3813 South Weller Avenue from Planned Development No. 117, 5th Amendment, and Planned Development No. 363 to Planned Development No. 379; and adopting an updated Official Zoning Map.   10. Council Bill 2022-082 (Hardinger, McGull)
    A special ordinance approving the plans and specifications for the Division Street Roadway Improvements – National Avenue to Glenstone Avenue project; accepting the bid of Hartman and Company, Inc., in the amount of $4,689,870.65 for said project; authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into a contract with such bidder; and amending the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 budget for the Department of Public Works in the amount of $1,100,000.00 to appropriate reserves of the 1/8-cent Transportation Sales Tax for said project.

    A special ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into a Surface Transportation Program-Urban Program and Cost Apportionment Supplemental Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission for the purpose of jointly constructing the Republic Road Phase 4 and Republic Road Phase 5 projects; and declaring that this council bill qualifies for approval in one reading.

  5. Council Bill 2022-087 (Lear)
    A special ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into Schedule of Equipment No. 4, which will become a part of its existing Master Equipment Lease Purchase Agreement, the proceeds of which will be used to pay the costs of acquiring equipment for the Springfield-Branson National Airport, and to do all things necessary to carry out the lease-purchase transaction, including the execution of certain documents in connection therewith; and amending the budget of the City for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 in the amount of $1,815,000.
  6. Council Bill 2022-088 (Ollis)
    A general ordinance amending the Springfield City Code, Chapter 36, ‘Land Development Code of the City of Springfield,’ Article XIX, ‘Energy Conservation Code,’ by updating from the 2012 to the 2018 version of the International Energy Conservation Code, as modified herein.

    A general ordinance amending the Springfield City Code, Chapter 2, ‘Administration,’ Article VI, ‘Finances,’ Division 2, ‘Purchasing,’ Section 2-401, ‘Purchasing Manual,’ Chapter 3, ‘Exceptions to Normal Purchasing Procedures,’ Section 13-3.312, for the purpose of allowing retired Fire Marshalls to purchase their service weapons.
