A special ordinance amending the budget of the Department of Public Works for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 in the amount of $22,000,000, to appropriate the estimated proceeds of the first four years of the 1/8-Cent Transportation Sales Tax approved by the Springfield voters on November 5, 2019; and authorizing the City Manager to exercise any necessary powers to complete transportation projects funded by the 1/8-Cent Transportation Improvements Sales Tax for the purpose of funding and completing those projects funded herein for 2021-2025.
