Speakers must sign up with the City Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. the Friday before the meeting to speak to an issue on the agenda. Citizens wishing to submit comments to City Council may do so using the citizen comments form.
Speakers are to limit their remarks to three to five minutes.

A General Ordinance amending Section 1-9 of the Springfield City Code, ‘City Limits;’ and amending Section 46-1 of the Springfield City Code, ‘Boundaries of wards, precincts and council zones;’ for the purpose of annexing approximately 10 acres of private property into the City of Springfield, Missouri, generally located at 851 West Farm Road 182 and referenced as Annexation A-3-2020. A General Ordinance amending the Springfield Land Development Code, Section 36-306, ‘Official zoning map and rules for interpretation,’ by rezoning approximately 9.84 acres of property generally located at 851 West Farm Road 182 from County R-1, Suburban Residence District to R-LD Low Density Multi-Family Residential District and establish Conditional Overlay District No. 183; and adopting an updated Official Zoning Map. A Special Ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into an Agreement for Encroachment License with Three-D Development, LLC, for the purpose of allowing an encroachment onto City rights-of-way for the placement of a ramp and landing that meets Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines on property located at 401 South Avenue, under the same terms and conditions as encroachments are permitted on City rights-of-way under Chapter 98, Article VII of the Springfield City Code.
