A special ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to apply to the Ozarks Transportation Organization (OTO) for federal funds administered by the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), through the Transportation Enhancements Program, for the purpose of funding the construction of streetscape and pedestrian facilities for the following projects: Main Avenue Streetscape Phase 1 (Exhibit A), Grant Avenue and Route 66 Streetscape (Exhibit B), and College Street Route 66 Phase 2 (Exhibit C), each with a separate application; to accept those funds from MoDOT; entering into necessary agreements with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) to utilize the federal funds; and amending the budget of the Department of Public Works for the Fiscal Year 2014-2015, in the amount of $750,000.
