A special ordinance approving the Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Beverly Lofts Redevelopment Area, generally located along the north side of East Cherry Street near the intersection of Cherry Street and Kimbrough Avenue; authorizing certain tax abatements within the Redevelopment Area; and authorizing the City Manager to execute a Second Amended and Restated 353 Redevelopment Agreement with the Redevelopment Corporation, relating to the implementation of the Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan. (The Planning and Zoning Commission and City Staff recommend approval.)
