Kale Chips – Download the recipe
Take fresh Kale, wash and air dry.
Preheat over to 375 degrees F with oven racks in upper third and center of oven.
Place the dry Kale pieces in a bowl and drizzle with 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
Massage onto the kale leaves to coat.
Cover two cookie sheets with parchment paper and spread the Kale over the pan, making sure leaves do not overlap.
Bake for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
Remove the Kale from the oven, lightly salt, serve and enjoy!
-10 stems of fresh Kale, remove stems and tear the Kale into 2” pieces
-1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
– salt to taste
– garlic to taste
