Know Your Parks – Fall 2014

The Fall 2014 episode of Know Your parks come from the Indoor Archery Range at the Davis Property, the new location for the Park Board’s Archery Program. We try our hand at shooting an arrow and talk about how you may get involved in this growing sport. 2014 year marks a milestone for one of the Park Board’s signature events. The 20th Annual Turkey Trot 5K returns to downtown Springfield on Thanksgiving Day, and we’ll learn more about how you can run or walk in this Thanksgiving tradition. And it’s the season for pumpkin patches and corn mazes! We’ll take a look at the Fall Fest at Rutledge-Wilson Farm Park. All in this episode of Know Your Parks!
