SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

  1. ROLL CALL.
  2. COUNCIL BILL 2020-179 (Ollis) A special ordinance amending the budget of the Springfield-Greene County Health Department for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 in the amount of $2,748,859.00 to appropriate funds from the Public Health Fund balance to provide additional staff to respond to COVID-19; and declaring an emergency pursuant to City Charter Section 2.12.
  3. CLOSED SESSION. City Council will hold a closed meeting to discuss legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys pursuant to Section 610.021(1), RSMo.; and this meeting, record, and vote shall be closed, and the City Council shall stand adjourned at the end of the closed session.
