    A special ordinance approving the plans and specifications for the Main Avenue Streetscape – Phase 1 project, Plan No. 2014PW0057T, TAP-5901 (805), accepting the bid of Hunter Chase & Associates for the construction of this project, authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into a contract with such bidder, and declaring an emergency.
