Adjourn to Special City Council Meeting – Closed Session.

CLOSED SESSION.

City Council will hold a closed meeting to discuss legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys pursuant to Section 610.021(1), RSMo.; and leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefor pursuant to Section 610.021(2), RSMo.; and this meeting, record, and vote shall be closed and the City Council shall stand adjourned at the end of the closed session.

SAID MEETING SHALL BE HELD beginning at 12:30 p.m., or Immediately Following City Council Lunch on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 and is to be held in Councilman Denny Whayne Conference Room (Busch Building, 4th Floor), 840 Boonville, Springfield, Missouri.
