2.1. Council Bill 2025-058 (Horton)
A special ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to enter into an
agreement with BNSF Railway Company (“BNSF”) for the purpose of accepting
$2,000,000 from BNSF for the purpose of raising the height of the Jefferson Avenue
Footbridge; and approving a budget adjustment amending the Fiscal Year 2024-2025
budget of the Department of Public Works in the amount of $2,000,000 to appropriate
said funds for this purpose.
3. CLOSED SESSION.
City Council will hold a closed meeting to discuss legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving
a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public
governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys pursuant to Section 610.021(1), RSMo.; and this meeting, record, and vote shall be closed and the City Council shall stand adjourned at the end of the closed session.
