Springfield Fire Department Station #7 Demolition Ceremony

The Springfield Fire Department hosted a demolition ceremony for the old Fire Station 7 recently.
Fire Station 7 is located on the boundary of the Brentwood and Oak Grove neighborhoods. The old station, built in 1958, has long exceeded its usefulness and is being demolished to make way for a rebuilt station.

The new station will be operational in about a year.
