not to exceed $40,000 for evaluating the feasibility of proceeding with additional
services to raise the Jefferson Avenue Footbridge as part of the Rehabilitation of the
Jefferson Avenue Footbridge project; and approving a budget adjustment amending the
Fiscal Year 2024-2025 budget of the Department of Public Works in the amount of
$40,000 to appropriate the BNSF Railway funds for design services.
