A general ordinance amending Ordinance 6863 to allocate the remaining $83,662.43 from the City’s Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds, established by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (“ARPA”), for the purpose of entering into an agreement with the Springfield-Greene County Library District for the Midtown Carnegie Branch Library Renovation Project; authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute the same; and amending the budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 in the amount of $83,662.43.
6.9. Council Bill 2024-202 (Horton)
A special ordinance authorizing the City of Springfield, Missouri, to enter into an agreement with Tyrone L. Conklin for the purpose of purchasing the real estate located at 817 North Boonville Avenue for the not to exceed price of One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($110,000); authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Springfield; and amending the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 budget in the amount of $130,000, to include additional costs.
