A special ordinance amending Special Ordinance 26654 to add to, and redefine, the boundaries of Sanitary Sewer District Number 241 of Section Number 6 of the main sewers of the City of Springfield located in the general vicinity of Robberson Avenue and Talmage Street; and declaring that this Ordinance qualifies as a one-reading bill under Charter Section 10.15.

14.1. Council Bill 2024-215 (Horton)
A special ordinance to establish and define Sanitary Sewer District No. 222 of Section No. 16 of the main sewers of the City of Springfield, Missouri, located in the general vicinity of Miller Avenue and Mt. Vernon Street; authorizing acquisition of necessary right-of-way, including condemnation thereof, in accordance with the laws of the state; adopting the plans and specifications for the project; providing for the improvement; and authorizing the city manager to advertise for sealed bids therefor, according to the plans and specifications, by publication.
14.2. Council Bill 2024-216 (Hardinger)
A special ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to enter into an agreement with the State of Missouri Department of Economic Development to accept $3,500,000 of state General Revenue Funds appropriated by the Missouri General Assembly to support maintenance and improvements to Hammons Field; and amending the budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 to appropriate funds for maintenance and improvements to Hammons Field.
14.3. Council Bill 2024-217 (Lee)
A general ordinance amending the Springfield City Code, Section 2-92, known as the “Salary Ordinance,” to add a provision for a shift differential for certain employees working in the Springfield-Greene County 9-1-1 Emergency Communications
Department; and by adding the new job title of Health Support Services Supervisor and salary grade of PAT-6 to the Classifications of the Professional, Administrative and Technical Schedule.
